The Annual Report for 2020, the reports and the proposal from the election committee will be available on demand from SWEACC after 19th May 2021 on info@sweacc.se
Please register with e-mail to info@sweacc.se no later than the 1st of June for participation at the AGM. Please make sure to register your company name and your phone number in the e-mail.
After the AGM, you are invited to a stay at an informal Q&A, open for discussions and proposals for SWEACC related activities and actions.

1. Election of Chairman of the meeting
2. The establishing of a voting register
3. Election of Secretary of the meeting
4. Election of two members to check the minutes
5. The question as to whether the meeting has been duly convened
6. Presentation of the Annual Report of the Board including the financial statement
7. Presentation of the auditor’s report for the past financial year
8. Decision on
a. profit-and-loss account and balance sheet
b. distribution of the company’s profit or loss according to the approved balance sheet
c. whether the board shall be granted discharge from liability
9. Decision about the annual fees for members and the budget.
10. Election of Chairman, vice Chairman and Board members for a period of two years
11. Election of two auditors
12. Election of three members to the election committee,
13. Other matters submitted by the Board or submitted by one or several members in writing for discussion and decision at the general meeting
